ATTICUS was born as we were getting ready for the 2014 National Alpaca Farm Days! What a great addition to our "Show & Tell" for the weekend! ATTICUS is out of our Archangel daughter, ANJELICA, sired by our 7 X Champion OLIVER. ATTICUS has amazing density, brightness and coverage, all displayed on a very typey body with very correct conformation and a beautiful head.
ATTICUS is actually 1/16th Chilean and 15/16th Peruvian...he and his offspring will never be Full Peruvian due to Legacy Gold in his dam's pedigree...but who would argue with those genetics?
When ATTICUS had his first shearing on May 1st, 2015 our great expectations for ATTICUS' future were confirmed...he is truly amazing!
Exceptional definition to his fleece, along with density and fineness! And when Lynn Eden saw him at the 2016 SHOWTACULAR, she was impressed by his consistency throughout his blanket, down his hips and into his belly. Consistency is the most important attribute to add, according to Lynn.
We have repeated the breeding that produced ATTICUS with no second thoughts at all! This 2nd time around ANJELICA HAD A FEMALE whom we have named ADDISON!
